The CSBA is a business networking
forum for promoting and facilitating
commercial opportunities
in Sweden and Canada.

We provide a networking area for companies and individuals with a common interest; to explore and develop Canadian–Swedish business opportunities. The Canadian Swedish Business Association (CSBA) is a non-profit organization that promotes trade, investment and partnerships between Canadian and Swedish companies.

Through our office in Stockholm, and representatives in Gothenburg, Umeå and Skåne, we create a meeting place for business people with a mutual interest. We arrange events, where we invite exciting speakers, both Canadian and Swedish.

We would be pleased to welcome you as a guest or member!

Welcome to our Upcoming Events in 2010!

There is a close cooperation between the Embassy and
CSBA. The Ambassador Alexandra Volkoff is Honorary
Chairman of the CSBA. Here seen together with the
Chairman, Klas Wåhlberg, President & CCR Bombardier Transportation Sweden AB.

Halloween

Halloween traditions derive from many countries and have been adjusted by different cultures over time.Although both Canada and Sweden celebrate Halloween, the festivities are more significant in Canada. On this day, young children dress up in costumes as ghosts, withches and other characters and go door to door saying "Trick or Treat" which means "either you give me a treat or I play a trick on you". Most people choose to give them some candies.
